2. How do I ensure that the privacy and integrity of my data is protected? .
CXODNA has in place a stringent policy to ensure confidentiality of data. Strong physical, network and electronic security measures ensure that confidential data does not go out of the site. CXODNA has partnered with Fortune 500 firms for many years and we have not had a single instance of data or information misuse.
Based on client specifications, our employees sign a confidentiality agreement at the beginning of any engagement. We also adopt all additional measures required by clients.
Our Executive Assistants are screened for their honesty and integrity and they understand the value of privacy and integrity of data. CONFIDENTIALITY of your personal matters / business is maintained with the HIGHEST INTEGRITY AND ETHICS. Your Executive Assistant is physically isolated from the rest of the company so NO ONE other than your Executive Assistant(s) with whom you will be working will have access to your data. Executive Assistant is your support person and NOT a business competitor. Hence Executive Assistant will not have interest in misuse of any of your confidential information. If you want us to install any security tracking software, system to protect your data.etc- we can do so at your own cost. If you need your data/information on special intranet/ VPN, which is highly secured, we can set-up such intranet or secured system per your requirements at your own cost. Otherwise- we will use any ISP provider to communicate on your behalf.
