3. In case of sudden absence of the executive assistant, how do I ensure the continuity of my business commitments and scheduled tasks?
We have a fallback mechanism where the work of a particular Executive Assistant would be assigned to a TEMP during the period of the EAs absence so that the work of the Executive does not suffer. We will schedule hand-over process at least 2-4 weeks in advance with your permission.
