16. What contracts constitute the working agreement?
We have a Services Agreement which outlines Scope of work, Responsibilities, Pricing, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality issues and other ancillary conditions. We also sign the client's confidentiality agreements if any. Typically contracts are signed for an initial period of 2 to 60 months, which can then be extended after the expiry of the same.
